Only you know which items have any special relevance, or have outlived their usefulness. Much will depend on how quickly you can decide on what is to be kept and what needs to be moved on.
Wardrobes tend to take a while to work through, so make sure you put aside most of a day if you have a lot of clothes.
When decluttering whole areas of your home bear in mind that it doesn’t all have to be done at once. Gaining control over your stuff can be an uplifting experience and encourage you to carry on with the decluttering process on your own or with my help if needed.
I suggest that clients’ limit their decluttering to no more than three days per week as it can be emotionally as well as physically taxing. Better to factor rest time in between sessions than run the risk of feeling overwhelmed by the task.
